Makes: 1 cheesecake
- 1 packet plain biscuits (crushed)
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 500g cream cheese
- 250ml cream
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix the base ingredients together and press into a 20cm tin, put in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese till smooth, gradually add the remaining ingredients.
Pour into base and refrigerate. Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.
